1. Subscription & Billing

SenBets subscriptions operate on a recurring billing basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

By subscribing, you authorise SenBets or its payment provider to charge your nominated payment method for the applicable subscription fee at each renewal date.

Subscription prices, billing periods and applicable promotional offers will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Promotional or discounted pricing may be subject to specific conditions and may not continue indefinitely.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, any promotional code or discounted offer applies only to the first applicable billing period, such as the first month or first week of the subscription. After that initial promotional period, the subscription will automatically revert to the applicable regular pricing for subsequent billing periods.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their subscription at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 calendar days before the next scheduled renewal date.

To allow us to correctly identify and process your subscription, cancellation requests must include either:

• The email address associated with the subscription; or
• The last four digits of the payment card used for the subscription.

Customers may also be required to provide other reasonable information necessary to identify their account.

SenBets is not responsible for cancellation requests that cannot be identified or processed because insufficient or incorrect account information was provided.

Where a cancellation request is received fewer than 3 calendar days before a scheduled renewal, the subscription may renew before the cancellation can be processed.

3. Renewals & Refunds

Once a subscription has renewed, payments are generally non-refundable where the customer failed to provide a valid cancellation request within the required 3-calendar-day notice period.

For example: if your subscription renews on Friday, you should contact SenBets no later than Tuesday to request cancellation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their cancellation request has been successfully received and processed before their renewal date.

A customer forgetting about an upcoming renewal, failing to provide sufficient cancellation information, or contacting SenBets after a renewal has occurred does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Australian law.

4. Betting & Financial Risk

SenBets provides betting selections, analysis, statistics, strategies and recommendations designed to help members make more informed and structured wagering decisions.

SenBets has a history of strong performance across its selections and provides members with structured recommendations and bankroll-management guidelines.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results, and individual betting outcomes may vary.

Members are encouraged to follow the SenBets staking and bankroll-management recommendations provided with the Service. These recommendations are designed to promote consistent and disciplined staking, effective bankroll management and responsible management of wagering risk.

Members remain responsible for determining the amount they are comfortable wagering and for making their own wagering decisions.

SenBets does not guarantee a particular level of profit, return, hit rate or future performance.

5. SenBets Staking & Bankroll Guidelines

SenBets may provide recommended bankroll allocations, unit sizes, staking strategies and other guidelines intended to help members approach their wagering in a structured and disciplined manner.

Members are encouraged to follow the recommended staking guidelines and maintain appropriate bankroll management when placing wagers.

The purpose of these recommendations is to promote consistent staking, sensible bankroll management and effective management of wagering risk.

Following SenBets' recommendations does not guarantee a particular profit or return, and members remain responsible for their individual wagering decisions.

Members should not materially increase their stakes outside the recommended guidelines in an attempt to recover previous results.

6. Performance & Results

SenBets may publish historical results, statistics, hit rates, units, profits, selections and member results as part of the Service.

These results are provided to demonstrate historical performance and the approach taken by SenBets.

Historical performance should be considered in its proper context and does not guarantee future performance or results.

Individual results may differ depending on factors including the selections followed, available odds, timing of bets, bookmaker markets, staking approach and individual wagering decisions.

7. Customer Responsibility

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own wagering decisions and financial decisions.

SenBets does not control:

• The amount you wager;
• The bookmaker or betting account you use;
• Whether you place or do not place a particular bet;
• Whether you follow a particular selection;
• Your individual financial circumstances; or
• Your individual betting results.

SenBets is not responsible for losses arising from a customer's individual decision to wager money, including losses resulting from staking amounts chosen by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Accuracy & Availability of Information

SenBets makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information.

However, betting markets, odds, lines, availability and bookmaker conditions can change rapidly.

SenBets does not guarantee that every selection, price, line or piece of information will remain available or unchanged after publication.

Customers should independently verify the applicable odds, market, line and betting conditions before placing a wager.

9. Nature of the Service

SenBets provides wagering-related information, selections, analysis, statistics and strategies.

The Service is designed to assist members with their own wagering decisions and does not constitute financial, investment, accounting, legal or other professional advice.

SenBets does not provide recommendations relating to investments, securities, financial products or other regulated financial services.

Members remain responsible for considering their own circumstances and making their own decisions regarding any wagering activity.

10. Responsible Wagering

SenBets promotes a structured and disciplined approach to wagering.

Members are encouraged to use the bankroll and staking recommendations provided through the Service and to maintain appropriate limits around their wagering activity.

Betting involves an element of risk, and individual results may vary.

Members should use appropriate bankroll management and avoid chasing results or materially increasing stakes outside their planned staking strategy.

11. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The SenBets Service is intended for persons 18 years of age or older.

By purchasing or accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in wagering in your relevant jurisdiction.

SenBets does not knowingly target or market its Service to persons under 18.

Where SenBets does not have access to a customer's date of birth or independent age-verification information, the customer remains responsible for confirming that they meet the applicable age requirement.

SenBets reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes that a customer does not meet the applicable age requirement.

12. Account Access & Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their SenBets account and any associated Discord account or login credentials.

You must not share, sell, transfer or distribute your SenBets membership, premium content, selections or account access to third parties unless expressly authorised by SenBets.

SenBets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorised sharing, redistribution or abuse of the Service.

13. Intellectual Property

All SenBets content, including betting selections, analysis, written material, graphics, trackers, videos, messages, strategies and other materials, remains the property of SenBets or its respective content providers.

You may use the content for your own personal use as part of your active membership.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, record, copy or otherwise distribute SenBets premium content without prior written permission.

14. Discord & Community Access

Where membership includes access to a SenBets Discord server or community, access is conditional upon compliance with SenBets' community rules.

SenBets reserves the right to remove or restrict access to users who engage in harassment, abuse, fraud, unauthorised content distribution, spam or other conduct that negatively affects the community.

Termination of community access due to a customer's breach of these Terms does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

15. Service Changes

SenBets may modify, update, suspend or discontinue aspects of the Service from time to time, including content, features, sports covered, community structure, betting markets or methods of delivery.

Where appropriate, reasonable notice will be provided for material changes.

16. Suspension or Termination

SenBets may suspend or terminate a customer's access where the customer breaches these Terms & Conditions, engages in abusive or fraudulent conduct, distributes proprietary content without permission, or otherwise misuses the Service.

Any termination will be subject to the customer's rights under applicable Australian law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenBets will not be responsible for losses arising from a customer's individual wagering decisions, including losses resulting from bets placed by the customer.

SenBets does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by technical problems, third-party platforms, internet providers, bookmakers, payment providers or circumstances outside SenBets' reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.

18. Changes to These Terms

SenBets may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The most recent version will apply to continued use of the Service after the updated Terms have been made available.

19. Acceptance

By purchasing or continuing to use SenBets, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You understand that wagering involves financial risk;
• You understand that individual results may vary;
• You understand that historical performance does not guarantee future results;
• You are responsible for your own wagering decisions;
• You understand that promotional codes and discounted pricing generally apply only to the first applicable billing period and revert to regular pricing afterward;
• You understand the cancellation and renewal requirements; and
• You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
